As first time home buyers, we were really nervous. When we started looking, we spoke with several agents. Each time we felt they were working their own agenda, instead of listening. What a relief it was to call Kim as the listing agent on a house we were interested in. I could tell in minutes that she was on the same page.

We appreciated that Kim spent so much time looking for a perfect fit, and she never tried to talk us into something else.

Truly, we are probably minor clients compared to many houses she sells, but she treated us with respect and sincerity.

Because this was our first time, it was common for me to call her and say, "I really feel stupid asking this, but..."

Kim always handled this with a lot of grace and she added a lot of humor to the process.

When things slowed a little he provided a welcome stream of new Ideas, alternatives encouragement and optimism until we found buyer. He is the fourth realtor that we've dealt with in the process of trying to sell our home over a period of three years. We certainly wish that he had been the first. His confident enthusiasm and encouragement really kept our spirits up through a process that was probably more difficult and challenging than most. Bottom line?
