Darren Ellis is exceptional. He is very personable. He made himself available when ever we needed him, weekends, evenings, virtually any time. He is extraordinarily motivated and resourceful. When things slowed a little he provided a welcome stream of new Ideas, alternatives encouragement and optimism until we found buyer. He is the fourth realtor that we've dealt with in the process of trying to sell our home over a period of three years. We certainly wish that he had been the first. His confident enthusiasm and encouragement really kept our spirits up through a process that was probably more difficult and challenging than most. Bottom line? Darren Ellis dose not let up until he closes the deal, period.

Dana was amazing in the was she handled our specific needs. We are a military family that had come home for a short visit. We had been looking at properties for several months but nothing was really catching out eye. Todd saw a house and we decided to try and make. An appt for quick walk through. We liked it so we had to act quickly to complete paperwork because we were headed back to RI. Dana immediately met with us, made arrangements to see house, completed paperwork in a matter of days. We return to RI and Dana continued to keep us in the loop of procedures that she took car of for us. Like helping with inspections and forwarding all documents to us. If I had a question, Dana was always ready to solve. My favorite thing she did, besides offering me her friendship, was when she face timed me so that I could see the house after homeowners moved out. I can't express enough how happy that made me.
